Linux Things
This section of my website contains bits and pieces that I've picked up while working on Linux. I started off using computers with Windows (I have hazy memories of 3.1) but have recently launched myself into the world of Linux. This is mainly for work, where I'm developing applications on an embedded Linux PC (a pxa270 chip), which involves customising and re-building the kernel and writing some drivers for hardware.
On these pages I'm keeping a collection of things I've found useful and, to be honest, would have liked to have known when I took those first tentative steps into the murky world of Linux kernel development! It's by no means definitive or exhaustive, and the aim is mainly just for my reference, but perhaps someone else new to this area will find my site and manage to gather some useful content from it.
In case you hadn't had a look around, I should warn you that it's still all under development so there isn't very much here just yet. I'm in the process of building it all and having fun just experimenting with things. At some point things'll come together and it'll look, well, it'll have some content here anyway...
